Queen Dick
(proper noun) Though originally a backhanded reference to Richard Cromwell (1626-1712), more commonly an imaginary British monarch of the shrouded past, cited when describing something that likely never happened: “That quack, he must have earned his medical degree during the reign of Queen Dick.”
